Privacy notice
In force from · 18 October 2026
This notice explains what personal data Tectus Innovation Zrt. processes when you use tectussport.com: why, for how long, who else sees it, and what rights you have. The short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to answer you, and track nothing.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Tectus Innovation Zrt., 1124 Budapest, Lejtő utca 17/A, Hungary; EU VAT number HU32445084.
For anything about your data, write to office@tectusinnovation.com.
Enquiries and demo requests
When you send the enquiry form, we receive your name, email address and message; your club or organisation and your role, if you give them; which button brought you to the form; and the language you read the site in. Name, email and message are needed to answer you. The rest is optional.
We use them only to answer your enquiry and to follow it up. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox on the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time; that does not affect processing before the withdrawal.
We keep enquiries for two years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If a contract follows, the data that contract needs is kept for as long as the law requires.
Emails you write to us directly are handled the same way. The email field at the top of the home page sends nothing on its own: it only fills in the form further down.
Job applications
Online applications are not open yet, so applications reach us by email. We use what you send — your CV and contact details — only to assess your application for the role you applied for. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
We delete your application when the selection for that role ends. If you agree, we keep it for one more year to consider you for future roles, then delete it.
Cookies
The site sets one cookie, named lang, and only when you choose a language with the EN · HU switch. It holds en or hu and nothing else, and it is kept for one year so the site opens in your language next time. Because it only stores a choice you asked us to remember, it needs no consent (Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive; in Hungary, section 155(4) of Act C of 2003). You can delete it in your browser at any time.
There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and no social media widgets. Fonts are served from our own server. The automatic language choice on your first visit reads your browser's language setting and stores nothing. The Instagram link takes you to Instagram, where Meta's own privacy terms apply.
Who else processes your data
We never sell your data or share it for anyone's marketing. To run the site and deliver your messages, we use these processors:
- Web3Creative (Web3Forms), India — delivers the enquiry form to our inbox. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Web3Forms keeps a copy of each submission for up to three years under its own retention rules. Its sub-processors include Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner, and two spam filters in the United States, CleanTalk and Akismet, which see the sender's IP address and email address.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — our email. Microsoft may process data outside the EEA under its data protection terms for business customers, which include the Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany — hosts the website. Serving a page means the server handles your IP address; we keep no access logs.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its processing or to hand it over in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (GDPR Articles 7 and 15–20). Write to office@tectusinnovation.com; we answer within one month. If you ask us to delete your data, we also request its deletion from Web3Forms.
We make no automated decisions about you and do no profiling.
Complaints
If you think we have mishandled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority — Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11; postal address 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu — or to the authority of the EU country you live in, and you can go to court.
